How do I write an effective ad?

No, it’s too time-consuming for us to manage that. On the other hand, the text details and price can be modified for free at any time during publication. You can also cancel your ad during the publication run so you’re not bothered by late responses. You can do so on your dashboard. NB : once an ad has been published online, we retain full payment, even if the ad is cancelled before its publication term has run out.

I did not receive my password by email – What to do?

First of all, it’s important to check the spam section of your emails in case the automatic email FUSAC sends is in there. If you really did not receive it, then click on « mot de passe oublié » and fill the blank field with your username or email address. You will receive a new password. If you still have issues, please contact us via email to fusac.office@gmail.com or call us (01.46.09.99.92) and please give us your email address so we can create your new password.

When I try to log in or register, I have to fill a « CAPTCHA » – What is it ?

A CAPTCHA is a type of challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether or not the user is human. We ask you to do some (easy) maths and all you have to do is to fill the blank with the correct number and that way you will be able to log in / register without any problem. Exemple : _ + 3 = 9. The correct number is 6.
