Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for a class in our school based in La Celle saint Cloud, under the supervision of our Head of School.

For next academic year, our school is looking for a English Literature and Secondary Arts teacher (middle school).
The selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the English Literature and Art program and the development of student learning in this subject. Specific responsibilities include:
– Assessment of student work
– Constructive and timely feedback to promote learning
– Use of appropriate technology to enhance learning
– Development of a stimulating classroom environment to support learning
– The use of relevant materials to encourage real-world learning contexts.
– The development of a spirit of inquiry in our students
– Participation in parent nights and collaborative planning meetings
Your Profile
You must be an active learner with a passion for developing the learning of the IGCSE Diploma program, have a high level of intercultural understanding and be aware of the complexities and opportunities of an international school. You are a team player, able to collaborate, take ownership and responsibility, as well as assess students, provide coaching and support as needed. You have expertise in the education environment and understand the potential of very young children.
-You have a teaching degree, knowledge and experience in secondary school and the IGCSE/Brevet program
-You have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
-Ensure that students respond to the IGCSE program’s requirements and expectations
-Demonstrate a collaborative approach to planning and leading initiatives.
