Headmaster: Mr Nicholas Hammond is seeking to appoint for the Senior School a Special Needs Teaching Assistant from October 2021 onwards
This is a temporary post (1 school year) and working hours are from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm – term time only.
Applications are welcome from candidates who live locally to join our team of Teaching Assistants at the Senior School.
This is to provide both in-class support and possibility work with small group and/or individual pupils led by a teacher.
The successful candidate will demonstrate appropriate experience and/or a strong desire to work with special needs pupils aged 11-18. They will have native-level English, solid
numeracy and literacy skills, and should be cheerful, energetic and patient. The successful candidate will also be a flexible person with sound teamwork skills.
We require an EU passport or current valid work papers, we will need to take up two references and be provided with all relevant police checks.
